As you are now starting to navigate yourself through the first few days of your HiiT and Healthy Program, it is very important that you start to address your Mindset.
This mindset module is here to address all the basic yet essential aspects of mastering your mind. Mastering your mind, your reactions to situations and your relationship with yourself are the key elements that are going to keep the weight off for the rest of your life.
Once you create a rock solid mindset, every other aspect of weight loss becomes much easier.
