Whilst we revisit the subjects from the previous 6 days, what is it that makes successful people so consistent?




Now you are getting used to your 28 day kickstart and you are starting to understand how much you should be eating on a daily basis, I would like to give you a good guide below that simplifies this so that you do not have to track your food for the rest of your life!


Please keep in mind that this is a very basic way of assembling a plate of food. You will still need to be mindful of what are good choices of carbs, fats and proteins as well as other things such as eating colourful veg etc but these pictures do serve as a good reminder from time to time.
