Breakfast!

Below is a module on why breakfast is so important and why it is so important to include carbohydrates in your breakfast (we all know now that cutting carbs is not the way to lose weight)

 

Although this module is pinpointing the role and the importance of carbs within a breakfast meal, remember that you ideally want to be incuding fats and protein too.

 

Studies do show that a good source of protein at breakfast can stop your cravings in mid afternoon!
